When you contact us

We use the details you choose to provide — such as your name, contact details, property location, property type, optional asking price and land area, your preferred transaction and timing, message and correspondence — to answer your enquiry and explore whether a property might suit our project. Please do not send identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

Purpose and basis

For ordinary property enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding and assessing a potential transaction. Where we take steps at your request towards a contract with you, that may provide the appropriate basis instead. We do not add enquirers to a marketing mailing list through this website.

Services and sharing

This website is hosted by Hostinger. Hosting can involve routine access and security logs. The UK property enquiry form saves your submitted details on our Hostinger hosting account, in a private directory outside the public website. It does not use an external form-forwarding service. We use a short-lived keyed hash of the submitting IP address for rate limiting; the form does not store the raw IP address, although the hosting provider may keep its own security logs. A submission identifier prevents duplicate retries. We do not load advertising pixels or embedded social-media players. A phone or WhatsApp link opens your chosen service; its provider processes communications under its own terms. We may share relevant information with professional advisers where needed for a proposed transaction, and explain that use when appropriate.

Keeping information

We review inactive enquiries after six months and delete information that is no longer needed. Information relating to an ongoing transaction or a legal obligation may need to be kept longer. We retain only the minimum record needed to respect a request not to contact you again.

Your choices

Our property discussions are exploratory. This website does not accept bookings, deposits or payments.
